Not worthy of a Diamond Stay

Disgustingly comical. I forgot this was the hotel that removed all public garbage cans, but low and behold. No public waste recepticals. If they cut corners here, where else??? Disinfectants and Cleaning chemicals? Probably. I won't eat here. Just wondering with the Hilton brand, do they magically re-appear the public trash cans for the annual Hilton Brand inspection? Too, disgustingly funny and def NOT worth the Hilton brand.

The staff is nice, the gym is great... but.... this example basically summarizes this hotel. They have a Peloton Bike. The seat (the only part that isn't adjustable) isn't tight making you move around as you pedal. The bike won't connect to the internet. So, basically it is useless, because there wasn't the slightest attention to detail taken. Same with the hotel. Even though at this point maid service has returned to most hotels, this hotel doesn't do it. Even though most hotels have free breakfast - or at least free coffee - nope not here. Factor in an extra 25 bucks a night for an expensive coffee and oatmeal. I mean, it is clean-ish.... and again, everyone is pleasant... but i'm sure there are much better places to stay where there is some attention to detail taken.

Really wanted to love the stay here - the suite itself was really nice, and had everything we needed. But it was TOO DIRTY! The bathroom; the shower was very dirty (big clumps of brown hair on the shower wall....hard to miss); the floors (again - long brown hair everywhere); obvious dirt/debris in the corners; it just felt gross everywhere. While the location was convenient for us during this particular stay, there wasn't a lot else nearby except more hotels. A couple of casual restaurants, but no convenience stores or coffee shops within walking distance.

This is an older hotel but it’s very nice. Halls and public areas nice and clean, many things have been updated. Pool and jacuzzi are AWESOME. Starbucks coffee in cafe YUM, breakfast was amazing. Front desk (Mary Beth) was very nice and Fred in maintenance ( my tv remote batteries were weak) was very nice and replaced them within minutes. Parking is free and all around the building. Every employee I saw asked me if everything was good and was polite and friendly.

Filthy in public and private spaces. Trash in the hallways and elevators. Dirty shower. Food and large crumbs in the halls —yuck! Air-conditioning unit never shut off, no controls working at all. Dirty, dirty, dirty.
